University Extension Program

Through the university Extension program, individuals can pursue a bachelor’s degree in one of several disciplines offered at the University of Asmara. This program allows individuals return to school and complete university education to earn their degrees while working.

Currently extension programs are offered in the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Management, Economics & Finance, English, Journalism & Mass Communication and Public Administration. New fields of study will be offered every semester depending on the number of applicants.

Graduates prepared in these disciplines are in great demand in Eritrea today, and these programs provide individuals with the necessary skills to take on important positions.

Duration of Study

The duration of study for a degree program depends on the number of credit hours that the student takes each semester. Please note: A course cannot be offered if the number of students registered for that course is less than 15.
