The Consultancy, Training and Testing Center (CTTC) is an arm of the University of Asmara mandated to contribute to the financial sustainability of the University by offering a variety of consultancy, training and testing programs on a fee-for-service basis.

The Center offers training programs that address Eritrea’s need for highly trained professionals in information technology, business, development, and other applied disciplines. It also offers Eritrea’s business, government and non-government organizations an easy and effective access to the expertise of the University faculty. More than 170 scholars and teachers are available to provide consulting and research assistance to organizations across the country.

As the administrative center for educational testing in Eritrea, the CTTC supervises and administers various national and international tests required for access to higher education. The Center also provides job screening testing for the Eritrean corporate, government and non-governmental organizations.
