The Application form and Letter of Reference forms may be downloaded from the UoA web (Click for an Application form; Click for a Reference Letter form), or obtained from the School of Graduate Studies.

A complete application should include the following:

1. Duly completed Application Form
2. Official transcripts for all post-high school work
3. Receipt of payment of application fee (payable to the UoA)
4. Three letters of recommendation.
5. English proficiency test scores (for applicants from non-English medium universities)
6. Proof of financial resources.

Application deadlines
Applicants for enrollment in September, 2004, must submit application documents between July 19-23, 2004; late applications (with penalty) must be submitted between August 02-04, 2004.
Applications received later than August 04, will not be considered for September 2004, and will be automatically reviewed for the next available academic year.

Registration
Once a candidate has been accepted for admission, s/he must complete a registration form which accompanies the letter of admission and return it to the School of Graduate Studies.
